Put simply, we research to know more about who uses (or will use) our products. We then design products and services for these people. And finally, we measure how usable the product or service is.
It’s not a big, expensive methodology. It’s also far more flexible than you think.
While, ideally, products or services should include all of these initiatives before build or launch, our experience has shown that focusing on just research, design or measurement alone can significantly boost user experience and performance.
